教授,高分子化学与物理博士
双师型教师,贵州省高等学校化学外加剂科学与技术重点实验室主任,中组部“西部之光”访问学者,中国化工学会及化学会会员。为贵州省、山东省、江西省、河北省及广东省等科技厅科技项目评审专家。为中国无机盐工业协会专家委员会委员,贵州省磷石膏工业协会专家委员会委员及黔南州化学工业协会专家委员会委员,黔南州化学化工学会副秘书长,《贵州磷煤化工》杂志副主编。主要从事化学工程教学及科学研究,研究方向为新型化学外加剂的结构设计及微界面调控,工业固废无害化及资源化利用。长期从事《过程设备设计》、《机械设计基础》、《高分子化学》和《化学反应工程》等课程教学工作,先后主持教研课题10余项,发表教研文章11篇,主编教材2部。先后主持参与国家级、省级等课题20余项,在《Polymer Testing》、《Journal of Alloys and Compounds》和《Construction and BuildingMaterials》等国际知名期刊发表论文43篇,授权发明专利2项。指导大学生创新创业计划项目20余项,先后获省级竞赛优秀指导教师,校级优秀教师,校级优秀毕业论文指导教师,黔南州化学化工事业科技创新奖等奖励。
